Be present or assign a responsible person during packing and delivery.
Surya Packers and Movers will not be responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
We take utmost care during packing and transportation.
However, Surya Packers and Movers is not liable for damage caused by natural calamities, accidents, fire, theft, strikes, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
Fragile or valuable items should be declared in advance.
Delivery timelines are estimated. Delays due to traffic, weather, government regulations, or other unavoidable circumstances shall not result in penalties or compensation.
Any media coverage, user reviews, public comments, or third-party content related to the service outcome are not the responsibility of the company.
If any misleading claims or legal issues arise due to client-provided information, responsibility lies with the client.
Any misuse of services leading to legal action, police custody, or court matters due to customer negligence or illegal goods will be solely the customer’s responsibility.
